Sumas Transport, Inc. provides full permitting services to land owners interested in receiving the many benefits associated with the application of biosolids onto agricultural land, forest land and or other appropriate sites.  To ease the burden of permitting and operating costs for its customers, Sumas has been personally responsible for investigating and permitting more than 15,000 acres of land in the Northern states for beneficial reuse. Included with this are our own biosolids handling facilities located in Horse Heaven Hills, Washington and Winnemucca, Nevada. This land primarily consists of dry range land now lavishing with growth to wheat crops requiring less chemical fertilizers and water maintenance as well as yielding as much as 40% more product.
